What used to be International Business English understandable to most people has now become “Globish” – a new business language ridden with inaccuracies, unclear meanings, misused words, confusion and jargon. Add to this the finger-pointing, silo-thinking, resistance-to-change and cover-your-backside attitudes of the modern workplace and it’s not difficult to understand why so many projects either finish late or fail. What’s missing is clear communication and accountable behaviour!

I work together with a team of seasoned professionals to implement and anchor Accountable Behaviour and Positive Communication in the workplace. To get their we deliver highly practical training & coaching in a common sense but subtle approach to Communication, Organisation and Leadership.
